Alpha and a Presentation on Ukrainian Widows and Orphans

I (Pastor Greg) recently returned from helping to facilitate a camp in Germany for widows and orphans from Ukraine. It was a very moving experience and I learned a lot.

I will give a presentation on it at our regular potluck lunch at noon on Sunday, September 22nd. Everyone is welcome. And speaking of welcoming, Alpha begins a few days earlier.

Alpha is a ten-week series of safe discussions following a presentation on some aspect of the Christian faith. Each meeting begins with a meal and light conversation. It's especially intended for anyone exploring faith, refreshing their faith or desiring to return to it.

It all begins on September 19th with dinner and continues every Thursday from 6:00-8:00pm at Oakmont Gardens. We encourage people to come with a friend and make new friends.
